I called on a Sunday morning and the service technician (sorry I didn’t get his name) arrived within an hour – very impressive for a Sunday morning. He was courteous and polite. Once technician arrived, I’ve explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing. You company charged me for an a cost estimation that is overly price and never disclose the charge of the estimation via email until the technician left my house. It is an unethical deceptive practice. I will pass along my experience with your company to any social media platform that I can voice my experience.
